Change of use of commercial building to residential development, Ipswich
An experience developer approached us with full planning permission to convert a former prominent Victorian industrial building. The proposed development is to convert the building into 14 self-contained residential apartments consisting of 2 and 3 bedrooms and large pent houses overlooking the river front.
The site is ideally located on the edge of Ipswich town centre, close to the main line train station and just 5 minutes from the A12 and A14 road links. Despite being slightly behind schedule, due to some additional work needed, we believe this will be an exciting and successful build – more details to follow as this project develops!
